Bougard, Louis Charles Quarry Worker aged twenty seven years, born in Modave on the twenty third of April eighteen hundred and eighty two, as it is noted by the extract of his birth certificate attached, is domiciled in Modave. The persons present before us have stated not to have signed the matrimonial contract, and have requested that we proceed with the celebration of the marriage planned between them the publication of which was made at the door of our Community Hall on Sunday the twenty-fifth of April of this year, where it remained for the required time, as well as in Modave as it is noted by the certificate attached, issued on the third of this month by Mister the Registry officer of this last locality (Modave).
No opposition to the marriage has been announced, and after reading the documents supplied by the parties as well as chapter six, section 5 of the Marriage Civil Code, we asked the future husband and the future wife if they want to be taken for husband and wife, each one of them having answered separately and in the affirmative let us declare in the name of the law that Bougard, Louis-Charles and Septon, Marie-Thérése Gilles are united by the civil wedding;
