The year nineteen hundred and thirty two, the thirteenth day of July at 1pm, in front of us Nestor Parmentier, alderman ????? ????? ??? ?? ?????? of  ?????? ??? ????????? the public officer of the registry office of the Commune of Modave, legal district of Huy, Province of Liege, appeared Maréchal, François Joseph, ceramist worker, aged fifty-four years, and Mallieu, Francois, Quarry Worker, aged forty-four years, domiciled in Modave respectively, good men and close to the deceased named hereafter, declared that, today the thirteenth of July, at eight and half hours of the morning, died in this commune Bougard, Charles Louis, Quarry Worker, aged seventy five years, seven months and four days old, domiciled in Modave, born in Vierset-Barse on the ninth of December eighteen hundred and fifty six, son of Bougard, Leopold and of Gerday, Marie Joseph Philiscé, both deceased. Widower of Wéra, Marie Marceline who died in Modave on the tenth of December nineteen hundred and twenty.

The year nineteen hundred and twenty, the eleventh day of December at nine o’clock in the morning, in front of us Raymond Braconiere, burgomaster public officer of the registry office of the Commune of Modave, legal district of Huy, Province of Liege, appeared Bougard, Louis Charles, quarry worker, aged thirty-eight years, and Lemoine, Lucien, Local Tax Collector, aged thirty-three years, both domiciled in Modave, the first a Son and the second a neighbour of the deceased named hereafter, declared that, yesterday the tenth of December, at ten o’clock in the evening, died in this commune Wéra, Marie Marceline, without profession, aged sixty-three years, seven months and eleven days old, domiciled and born in this commune on the twenty-seventh of April eighteen hundred and fifty seven, daughter of Wéra, Louis and of Soyeur, Anne Joseph, both deceased. Wife of Bougard, Charles Louis, quarry worker, aged sixty-four years and domiciled in Modave.
