John Hart aged 48 years and a Batchelor and a Fisherman and Elizabeth Sandifent aged 22 years and a Spinster both of this Parish in the County of Nottingham, were Married in thsi Church by Banns this Twenty Sixth Day of December in the year of our Lord 1785, by me Thos. Wakefield, Vicar. This Marriage was solemnized between us John Hart (he signed) and Elizabeth Sandafent (X her mark). In the presence of Samuel Sandafent, Richard Cooper (wt. to many), Rob Richardson."

Elizabeth Hart, daughter of John Hart of East Stoke, fisherman, by Elizabeth his wife daughter of Francis Sandafer of Southwell, Tailor, by Jane his wife. Died 21st June 1791. Buried 23rd June in the churchyard. Aged 1 year and about 5 weeks. Measles, an affidavit was brought and given to me the 24th day of June.
