Marriage Notes:

There is some confusion over the surname of Sarah's first husband.

The marriage record for Henry and Sarah in 1829, is to the widow Sarah Freeman. However, the will of Henryin 1835 refers to his wife's (Sarah) four grand-children being the children of James and Sarah FLATMAN

It seems less likely that the person drafting Henry's will would record a surname inaccurately, could it be that the parish clerk at All Saints, Earsham misheard and recorded the name wrongly. I wonder if the licence is obtainable?

Possible Marriages:
A Sarah MERRY and Edward FREEMAN were married at Norwich on 30 Nov 1791
A Sarah CARRINGTON and William FREEMAN were married at Mileham, Norfolk 30 Apr 1793
A Sarah OFFORD and John FLATTMAN were married at Bressingham, Norfolk 4 Jan 1789
